This year's Veteran's Day program featured the landing of a Blackhawk helicopter in the school's parking lot. The Blackhawk was piloted by PCSD alumni Chief Warrant Officer III, Chris Lowery. Mr. Lowery then spoke about his military career and the importance of honoring our veterans to the PJHS, PHS and PES fourth grade students. The assembly also featured the music of the PES fourth grade choir, the PHS Expressions Show Choir and the PJHS/PHS band. The event was coordinated by Mrs. Sandy Merritt, retired PCSD secretary.
