Portsmouth City Schools Kindergarten Registration form for 2020-2021
Please complete the following registration form for any child that plans to attend Kindergarten at Portsmouth Elementary or East Portsmouth Elementary for the 2020-2021 academic school year. Please note, this registration form is only the first step in the registration process. Due to the Coronavirus school closure, the kindergarten registration process will be a bit different from years past. Please be patient with us as we work through and establish the new process.
